Montezuma make organic chocolate with a fairtrade philosophy. Ex-lawyers turned chocolate entrepreneurs, Helen and Simon Pattinson, founded Montezuma’s in 2000 hand making their organic chocolate with one little machine and one shop in Brighton. Now they have a chain of successful shops and many more retailers (including re:store!) selling their chocolate around the UK.
