How to enjoy a perfect cup of Hampstead Tea – use one teabag per person and pour on freshly boiling water. Infuse for up to 3 minutes and add milk and sugar to taste. For green, white and herbal teas, do not add milk, but use honey for sweetening - that’s lovely.
